WARRINGTON will see the return of the ever-popular Makers Market in the run-up to Christmas.
The markets take place in Time Square, in the centre of town, and are often organised on a Sunday.
However, the new market dates come with a twist that will be a welcome surprise to many.
The Christmas Makers Market will take place across two weekend dates, rather than one - which means that there are plenty of opportunities for shoppers to take to the markets.
Posting on social media, the Makers Market wrote: "Mark your calendars for a festive weekend on December 9 and 10.
"Join us at Warrington Xmas Makers Market for a winter wonderland of artisan stalls, delightful treats, and holiday cheer.
"It's the perfect way to embrace the spirit of the season.
"Save the date and make it a weekend to remember."
The festive markets will come just two weeks after Warrington hosts its own Weekend Wonderland event, on November 25 and 26.
The weekend event will see stalls, games, funfairs, and lights, as well as festive food and drink.
Carol singing and choirs will be in full force over the Weekend Wonderland event, too.
