LONG delays are being reported on the M6 northbound this evening.
Traffic is heavily congested between Junctions 10 and 23.
As per a traffic report: "Long delays on M6 northbound from Junction 21A, M62 Junction 10 (Croft Interchange) to Junction 23 A580 East Lancashire Road (Haydock).
"Rush hour traffic."
Drivers are advised to plan accordingly.
