CARS have been queueing down the road to access the tip in Stockton Heath today, Saturday.
Pictures show the ongoing que as people try to dispose of their rubbish at the Sandy Lane tip after further bin strike dates have been announced.
The wait at Stockton Heath tip has been around half an hour or longer today.
Refuse workers walked out in a second wave of strike action last month on October 24, with workers taking industrial action over pay and conditions until last Monday, October 6.
A third set of bin strikes in Warrington were announced and despite ongoing talks, members will be walking out again from Wednesday, November 8, to November 20.
Community recycling centres have been given extended opening hours until November 6, except Stockton Heath, which is open between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Sunday.
Both Woolston and Gatewarth community recycling centres are open from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Sunday.
