A CAR dealership in Latchford has been served an enforcement order by Warrington Borough Council.
Advantage Cars, off Knutsford Road, has been served with the order by the council following a breach of its operation conditions.
As per information on the council's website, the car dealership is allowed to operate under a number of conditions.
One of these conditions regards the number of vehicles that are allowed to be displayed at the dealership.

The description of the condition that was breached is as follows: "No more than 18 cars shall be displayed on the site at any one time."
When issuing an enforcement order, the council must also publish steps that the relevant party can take to ensure it is compliant with planning regulations.
The council says that the steps that must be taken by Advantage Cars are: "[Advantage Cars] are required to display no more than 18 cars on the site at any one time."
As per the council, the enforcement order was served yesterday, Tuesday, November 7.
If found to be in breach of planning enforcement orders, individuals or businesses could be prosecuted by the local authority.
