LONG queues can be seen on the approach to Stockton Heath tip this afternoon, Tuesday.
Cars have been pictured queueing on Sandy Lane to access the community recycling centre.
It comes as household bins will not be emptied across Warrington again this week as strikes continue.
The wait at Stockton Heath tip is around half an hour, with the household recycling collection also reportedly closed due to the site being busy.
Refuse workers walked out in a second wave of strike action last Tuesday, October 24, with workers taking industrial action over pay and conditions until next Monday, November 6.
Last week, a third set of bin strikes in Warrington were announced. Despite ongoing talks, members will be walking out again from next Wednesday, November 8, to November 20.
Residents will have had just one black bin collection since mid-October by that point, and no blue or green in collections.
Community recycling centres have been given extended opening hours until November 6, except Stockton Heath, which is open between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Sunday.
Both Woolston and Gatewarth community recycling centres are open from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Sunday.
