WARRINGTON Borough Council has issued a planning order regarding a home on a private road in Croft.
The property is on Beech Farm, a private area of land in Croft, off Heath Lane.
According to the council's online planning portal, an enforcement order has been issued due to an unauthorised use of land.
The planning portal states that the enforcement order was served on October 11.
As per the description on the council's log, the order was issued for the following reason(s): "Without planning permission, the material change of use of the land to a workshop and storage yard (for caravans, machinery, equipment, play equipment, vehicles, storage containers, and other paraphernalia), with associated fencing, hedge, gates, hardstanding, stable and covered area."
Enforcement orders are issued by the council typically regarding a breach of planning permission - or lack of permission.
The orders are submitted alongside a list of remedies that must be made in order to satisfy the council.
It is stated that the landowner must do the following to satisfy the terms of the order: "Cease the use [of the] land as a workshop and storage yard.
"Remove from the land - and not return - all caravans, machinery, equipment, play equipment, vehicles, storage containers, and other paraphernalia, as well as fencing, hedge (adjacent [to] the unauthorised fence), gates, hardstanding, stable and covered area."
This enforcement order was issued by the council on October 11, and the landowner must comply with the order by November 24.
