A POPULAR gin bar in Culcheth is on the market, and has seen its asking price reduced.
This is, the current owners say, in the hopes of bagging a 'quick sale.'
The gin bar has been on the market since the end of July, and has not yet been snapped up by a buyer.
An award-winning gin bar, Liberty's was first put on the market before the end of the summer, with its owners saying: "It is with a heavy heart we have decided to sell Liberty's due to retirement.
"It is a successful, award-winning bar and has the latest licence in the village, which is 3am, and it has huge potential to progress even further."
The bar, off Common Lane in Culcheth, is an award-winning establishment, being handed the Pub of the Season award by the regional Campaign for Real Ale group in October 2021.
Professional boxer and Love Island finalist Tommy Fury - brother of Tyson - has been known to frequent the village watering hole.
Liberty's boasts a number of amenities - there is a large dance floor, DJ booth, spacious and fully-equipped bar and booth seating area.
Coming out from there through double doors is a mezzanine area which has more seating with a large VIP area and pool table.
The venue also boasts a large projection screen, numerous TVs and ladies' and gents' toilets.
Downstairs is another bar area, with a fully-fitted commercial kitchen behind the downstairs bar with a five-star rating.
There are also other toilets downstairs, as well as another fully-equipped DJ booth and a log burner.
Again, there is a large projection screen and four TVs which regularly show Sky Sports.
Posting on social media on October 10, the owners announced the price had been reduced, saying the it had been 'further reduced for a quick sale.'
