A FUTURISTIC home in Appleton will be built after plans were approved by Warrington Borough Council.
The property on Lyons Lane comes complete with a swimming pool and and underground car park accessed by a car lift.
New plans for the home were approved this week after an initial scheme was given the green light in April.
They include minor changes to the original scheme including the addition of a car lift.
The original plans include converting the existing garage into a new swimming pool.
A new two storey extension will then be built to house the new underground garage.
Council planners have given the scheme the green light.
