AFTER two months of closure, the Tesco Express petrol filling station on Winwick Road has reopened.
In July, it was announced that the petrol filling station on Winwick Road would close for 'essential maintenance works'.
Despite conflicting reports as to whether the filling station would reopen in August or September, the busy petrol station is once again open to the public.
The Express store adjacent to this stayed open throughout this period.
Back in July, when the store closed, a spokesperson for Tesco said: “We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the temporary closure of our Warrington Winwick Road Express petrol filling station.”
“This will reopen early September, after some essential maintenance works. The store is unaffected by the works and is trading as normal.”
