THE final home in a development of 145 houses in Great Sankey is now up for sale, with all other properties being reserved.

Construction on the home is underway, with a view to be ready for movers in the autumn.

The development is on the Willow Fields development, off Sophia Drive in Great Sankey.

Works on the housing project are being undertaken by Castle Green Homes, who built almost 300 homes in the north west between 2021-22.

This final property on the Willow Fields development is now up for grabs, and it is a detached four-bedroom home.

With an asking price of £436,995, the home is promised to be in the heart of a vibrant new community.

Sales and marketing director at Castle Green Homes, Caryl Russell, said: “Willow Fields has played an important role in our expansion into the north west of England.

"We’ve been building alongside national housebuilders to help transform land that was historically associated with RAF Burtonwood.

"We started work on-site in summer 2021 and released the initial phase of homes off plan soon after.

"Willow Fields has developed a fantastic sense of community which helps make it somewhere people love living, with just one home still available here.”

All four bedrooms in the home are set to be doubles, with the master bedroom boasting an ensuite.

The final home is due for completion in the autumn, and is a stone's throw from Barrow Hall Primary School.
