POLICE are warning drivers not to follow their Sat Navs if they are heading to Creamfields.
Many roads are access only during the Daresbury music festival which runs from today, Thursday, until Sunday.
Long delays are being reported across south Warrington and Runcorn as festivalgoers access the site.
Now police have told drivers not to follow the Sat Nav and block up roads.
They said: "We are seeing a number of drivers ignoring traffic signs in place for Creamfields as they are following their Sat Navs.
"Some of the roads they are using are single track lanes, like the one pictured.
"Drivers include local residents.
"There are a number of closures in place which may or may not have staff at the location, please follow the instructions on the sign and not your Sat Nav."
