POLICE are renewing their appeal for help from residents to find a man who has been missing for more than a week.
John Tinsley, who has links to Warrington, has been missing since Monday, June 26.
Merseyside Police is appealing for any information which could lead to the 42-year-old, who is from St Helens, being found.
The force says that ‘extensive’ enquiries are ongoing to find him.
John, who also goes by the name Richard Tinsley, is described as being 5ft 10in tall, of a medium build with brown hair and a beard. He is known to wear a heavy raincoat with a hood.
A force spokesman said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare and are appealing for anyone who may have seen him to contact us on 999, so we can make sure he is safe and well.”
