WHEN the sun is shining on a hot summer’s day, not much beats a cold, refreshing drink in a beer garden.
A drink or two al fresco with family and friends is the perfect way to enjoy the warm weather when it's not pouring with rain in the middle of a typical British summer!
But where is the best beer garden in Warrington?
Which pub, restaurant or café is your favourite place to enjoy a pint or a glass of wine outdoors with a few bar snacks?
In our Best of 2023 campaign, we’ve given out 15 awards so far in Warrington for hair, nails and beauty as well fitness, tattoos and independent shop and many more.
Voting is currently taking place to find Warrington’s Best Gym, with the vote closing at midnight on Monday, August 7.
This week, we want to focus on beer gardens and find out where in Warrington you go when you want to enjoy the summer sunshine and a drink.
Once we’ve narrowed it down to a shortlist of top beer gardens, the overall winner will be decided by you, our readers.
HOW IT WORKS:
Each Friday morning we will reveal new categories via our social media pages and ask you who is the best. Nominations will then close each Monday morning at 12pm.
Every Thursday we will publish a shortlist of finalists with voting officially opening.
You will be able to vote in one of three ways:
- By commenting under the relevant post on our Warrington Guardian Facebook or Twitter pages = 1 vote
- By entering via the online article on our Warrington Guardian website = 2 votes
- By entering via our Warrington Guardian newspaper = 5 votes
The following Wednesday evening we will announce the winner of that category on social media.
Usual Newsquest competition rules apply.
