TWO perfect hygiene ratings have been handed out to eateries in Warrington Market.
The pair have been given a rating of five-out-of-five by the Food Standards Agency, with two restaurants and two takeaways receiving the honour following a recent review.
The new food hygiene rating spelled good news for Louie’s Pizza in the market.
The New York-Italian independent pizzeria shared the news to its followers on Facebook, celebrating the perfect score.
It said: “Hot off the press. Inspection complete and another five-star in the bag.
“One thing we pride ourselves on is our hygiene, so you know you are in good hands.”
Popular takeaway and market staple Casa Mexica was also given a five-out-of-five rating for its food hygiene.
The pair in the market were part of a group of four Warrington eateries to receive a perfect score in the new batch of food hygiene ratings.
The Jungle at Pinners Brow Retail Park and Penketh Pizza and Kebab on Warrington Road both received a perfect five-out-of-five.
