A CARE home in Grappenhall has been named the best in Cheshire and the north west.
Victoria House took home the award after attending the glamourous Prestige Awards ceremony hosted at Shrigley Hall in Pot Shrigley on June 20.
The exceptional care home on Victoria Road spoke of their pride for the amazing honour.
“As one of the smaller care homes in the area, to be shortlisted and win the award for Cheshire and Northwest care home is a massive achievement,” a spokesperson for Victoria House said.
The manager, Josmy Anish and director of the care home, Sonia Ghai went up to collect the award with deputy manager Hayley Jones and team leader Leeann Stirrup.
Summarising, team leader Leeann said: “Staff celebrated along with residents after receiving the award.
“We as a care home would like to thank all family and friends and residents for giving us this opportunity to care for amazing residents.
“Our amazing moto is ‘home is where the heart wants to dwell, where the mind dances, where the air is always pleasant and where love is always abundant’.”
