THIS piece of land in Warrington could be yours for just £50,000.
It is located adjacent to Alpass Avenue in Dallam.
Listed by Reeds Rain, the plot of land has been owned by their client since the 1930s when their company was building houses in the adjacent area.
All of the properties were later sold, but the remaining plot of land was retained.
Later, the land and outbuildings were rented to neighbours for parking and storage.
Then from around 2010/2011, the land lay unused until 2018 when the Environmental Agency requested usage of it for a secure compound to contain their site office in connection with flood defence works at Dallam Brook.
They then left the land and in 2020, pre-application planning advice from Warrington Borough Council was obtained in regards to building two semi-detached dwellings.
The land is listed for auction with a guide price of £50,000.
