IN honour of national fish and chips day we wanted to know where in Warrington serves the best British tradition.
What makes a good serving of fish and chips?
Is it the crispy batter surrounding the flaky fish teamed with perfectly cooked chips?
Do you add mushy peas or gravy or curry sauce?
Do they taste better when you eat them out of yesterday’s newspapers?
So far in our Best of 2023 competition, we’ve given out six awards in Warrington:
Best for Hair – Ashleigh Hair and Beauty
Best for Pies – Tomlins
Best for Nails – Bamboo Hair and Beauty
Best for Roast Dinner – Heaths Kitchen
Best for Cocktails – Dead Eyes
Best for Breakfast – Café Blu
