RESIDENTS in Bruche have been left outraged after ‘disgusting’ items including a sex toy were found discarded in a pile in the park yesterday, Tuesday.
Angry posts on a community Facebook page revealed images of a mound of rubbish that looked to be an individual’s belongings which had been ‘dumped’ on the grass verge in Bruche park.
Among the belongings were items of clothing, parcels, bin bags, letters and even a sex toy.
One resident reported that the belongings had been ‘taken out of a skip’ that was waiting to be collected.
While another resident speculated that someone had started a barbecue and ‘left the rubbish under the tree’ adding that it was ironically left just ’20 yards away from a bin’.
Other similar waste was reportedly found on the New Cut Heritage trail nearby, a few weeks prior to this.
The fly tipping incident on Bruche park has since been reported to Warrington Borough Council.
