AN affordable play group allowing parents to mingle and children to play freely has been set up at a church in Orford.
For just £1.50 entry fee, St Margaret’s Church are opening the doors of their Smile Centre to mums and their toddlers every Thursday from 9am-11am for Stay and Play.
The centre, located on Sandy Lane will invite parents of children from age 0-4 years for fun play, sing-songs as well as snacks and hot drinks.
As well as being a great place for babies to interact with others their age and parents to make some new friends, the sessions also host special occasion parties and will always commemorate a babies birthday in the group.
Organiser, Janet Hart said: “It is a great place for the toddlers to make new friends, parents to chat with other mum's/dad's and seeing the children have lots of fun.
“The children get two snacks and a drink for only £1.50 per family.”
