A HUGE plot of land with more than 20 stables is for sale in a ‘pretty’ Warrington village.
Described as ‘wonderfully located’, the property on Old Hall Farm on Lymm Road, Thelwall, is on the market for £950,000.
The barns have been run as a livery yard for many years and estate agents Meller Braggins say there is potential to either refurbish and offer a ‘higher level’ of livery or alternatively seek planning permission to convert the buildings into a number of residential units.
The site, which offers more than 3,700 sq ft of brick-built barns and stables with a further indoor area of 140 ft x 70ft, also has a large car park.
The brick-built stable block comprises of 21 stables – with an opportunity to create a further three stables.
A spokesperson for Meller Braggins said: “It is rare to find a livery yard with such a high level of potential in such a highly accessible semi-rural location.”
