SUPPORTING the youth of today was top of the bill when Parr Hall threw open its doors for the Mayor of Warrington's annual ball.
About 220 civic dignitaries and people from the business community filled a marquee in the historic venue themed around Our children, our future.' In keeping with the theme, youth theatre group CODYS performed a piece from Les Miserables and Warrington Youth Orchestra provided music intermittently throughout the evening.
There was also a set from the blues band Goodfellas and Pete Turner wowed the crowd with some magic tricks.
