What’s your favourite cocktail?

Do you prefer a pina colada or a margarita? Does a Long Island Iced Tea take your fancy or would you rather have an espresso martini?

Tomorrow, Saturday, May 13, is World Cocktail Day – a whole day dedicated to the alcoholic drink.

What is your favourite cocktail and where in Warrington serves the best?

In our Best of 2023 competition, we’ve searched for Warrington’s Best for Hair and Best for Pies, and then Best for Nails and Best for Roast Dinner, and our next category will focus on cocktails.

We know there are lots of great places serving classic cocktails – and a few modern ones as well - in Warrington so, let us know who deserves to be featured in our final shortlist and why.

It’s no easy feat to choose a winner, which is why we’ll be handing over the final decision to those who know best – our readers.

HOW IT WORKS:

Each Friday morning we will reveal new categories via our social media pages and ask you who is the best. Nominations will then close each Monday morning at 12pm.

Every Thursday we will publish a shortlist of finalists with voting officially opening.

You will be able to vote in one of three ways:

- By commenting under the relevant post on our Warrington Guardian Facebook, Twitter or Instagram pages = 1 vote

- By entering via the online article on our Warrington Guardian website = 2 votes

- By entering via our Warrington Guardian newspaper = 5 votes

The following Wednesday evening we will announce the winner of that category on social media.
