A 10-YEAR-OLD girl was taken to hospital after a crash on Sunday afternoon.
Police were called to a collision on Lovely Lane, near to the Hatter Pub, at 3.30pm.
Officers attended the scene and found that a 10-year-old child had been involved in a collision with a motorcycle.
The child was taken to Warrington Hospital, their injuries are not believed to be life threatening, according to a police spokesman.
The rider of the bike was uninjured and no arrests were made.
The road was closed while emergency services attended.
