A KITCHEN fire brought a large emergency presence to Stockton Heath, with three fire engines, an ambulance, and a police van.
Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service have announced that yesterday, May 5, at 4:37pm they received reports of a kitchen fire at a property on Stafford Road.
Fire engines from Warrington, Birchwood, and Lymm each rushed to attend the scene with firefighters from all three working to put out the blaze.
Fire crews proceeded to use multiple sets of breathing apparatus and a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire. They then used a large fan to disperse the smoke from the property.
One person was treated for smoke inhalation on the scene.
This is the second recent fire on the same street, with a previous fire leading to a similarly large emergency presence attending one of the busiest streets in town.
