A FREE wedding fair is taking place in Warrington for couples looking for inspiration.
The event will be hosted by Walton Hall and Gardens, run in partnership with The Wedding Party Events, and all of the six ceremony venues across the estate will be showcased.
These include the traditional setting of the historic Walton Hall, a bright and vibrant outdoor option of the Vinery, and others such as the Bandstand, the Pergola, and the Woodland Hideaway.
Or for those looking for more of a laid-back festival theme, the event will showcase the new tipis.
Guests will also get a chance to browse a selection of wedding vendors from the north west including venue dressing, entertainment, hair stylists, make-up artists, groom and bridal wear and much more.
There will also be a chance to meet Walton’s resident alpacas - Jim, Mally and Topaz -dressed in their very best bow ties.
The Walton Hall and Gardens events team will also be on hand to welcome couples and answer any questions they may have about having their wedding at Walton. And the team’s catering partner Carringtons will be there to help guests to plan the perfect menu for your special day.
As an added bonus, 50 couples will also receive a free goody bag on the day.
Cllr Tony Higgins, cabinet member for leisure and community, said: “Walton Hall and Gardens is such a picturesque part of Warrington and is the perfect fit for weddings. From the stunning Woodland Hideaway which offers the perfect setting for a modern wedding, to the grandeur of Walton Hall for a more traditional setting, our events team can certainly help create a day that’s perfect for every couple.
“If you’re looking to get married and are in need of some inspiration, then I thoroughly recommend a visit to The Wedding Party at Walton Hall and Gardens.”
The event is taking place on Sunday, April 23.
