THE first look has been revealed into the brand new ‘The Hive WA1’, the site of the old TJ Hughes building on Sankey Street and Cairo Street.
The transformation has promised to bring luxury shopping to the centre of Warrington, looking to revitalise one of the most iconic buildings in the town centre, which was also the former Co-op.
Following previous announcements of various shops and restaurants set to open in the new hub, the first look has come from an announcement of office co-working space Nectar.
Nectar has launched in ‘The Hive’, already the home to five businesses, including Leisure TV Rights.
Leisure TV Rights’ CEO, Lisa Buckley, is a Warrington native. She said: “I am so happy to be working in the centre of Warrington, my home town. Nectar Offices provide a great environment for myself and my colleagues to work in a variety of ways that ensure we stay productive and collaborative.”
Ben Rafferty, Operations Director at The Hive “There’s been tons of enthusiasm since we launched Nectar Offices, and it’s great to see such a wide variety of businesses coming through the door. We are excited to launch our next expansion and can’t wait to see what businesses will be joining us.”
