THOUSANDS of people in Culcheth have no recognised qualifications whatsoever, according to the Office for National Statistics.
Data released as part of the 2021 census findings show that 14.5 per cent of Culcheth, Glazebury and Croft's population has no qualifications.
That equates to roughly 1,711 residents of the village and surrounding areas.

However, 38.9 per cent of the area's population has a Level 4 qualification or higher - which is approximately 4,590 people.
The ONS data also indicates that 44.9 per cent of residents in Culcheth, Glazebury and Croft live in 'deprived' households.
There are four dimensions of deprivation, according to the ONS - these dimensions include employment status, education levels, health, and housing.
Of these, 44.9 per cent of Culcheth's households are deprived in one or more dimensions, which means 5,299 residents live in deprived households.
That being said, 55.1 per cent of the area's households are not deprived in any dimension whatsoever.
In a sign of changing times, almost two-in-five employees in Culcheth, Glazebury and Croft have stated that they work remotely from home - which is 39.5 per cent of the working population of the area.
More than 10 per cent of residents rely completely on Warrington's public transport networks, as 11.4 per cent of households have no cars or vans registered at the address.
In terms of the data surrounding the ages of residents, it has been revealed that the largest proportion of residents fall into the region of 55-59 years old, with 8.5 per cent of residents being within this range.
Regarding race and religion, 11,292 residents identified as white, while 7,080 listed on the census record that they follow the Christian faith.
Meanwhile, 47.9 per cent of residents in Culcheth, Glazebury and Croft were considered to be 'economically inactive' or unemployed - amounting to roughly 5,652 of the village's population.
More than half of residents in the area are married or in civil partnerships, totalling 2,980 couples, with 31 per cent having never been in a marriage or civil partnership.
According to the ONS there are 11,800 people living in Culcheth, Glazebury and Croft, across 4,600 households.
