MANCHESTER airport runways have reopened after closing earlier due to the heavy snow fall.
The airport released a statement on twitter this morning confirming a 'temporary' closure.
It has now been confirmed hat operations have resumed to normal.
A recent statement on twitter read: "Operations have resumed from one of our runways since 11:30am.
"We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Passengers are advised to contact their airline for the most up-to-date flight information."
