A NIGHTCLUB in the heart of Warrington has been listed on the property market.
Reef nightclub, on Bridge Street, has been put up for sale, according to Rightmove.
The nightclub has been in town for 16 years, having opened in 2006, and is known by many revellers as one of the clubs in town that keeps its doors open for the longest.
Opening hours posted online for Reef nightclub are from 11pm until 6am at weekends, meaning that the most committed of clubbers might be surprised to see the venue up for sale.
Listed online on Rightmove for an asking price of £625,000, the nightclub is described in the property brochure document as: "A most attractive long-term investment."
The property is up for sale on a 15-year contract, which is offering a gross eight per cent yield upon investment.
Reef is a two-storey building, with a basement area and a two-storey extension to the rear of the property.
The nightclub area takes over the ground floor of the property, and it can hold up to 200 revellers, according to the documents supplied online.
Reef is being sold via Morgan Williams, who say: "We are delighted to offer for sale a rare freehold tenanted night club investment property, that is offering a gross eight per cent yield return on investment.
"The property enjoys a prominent corner position, welcoming clientele from Bridge Street and Friars Gate, where many other night spots are situated.
"The new university facility and all its students are situated just across the road. The property is arranged over basement, ground and two upper floors with a two-storey extension to the rear."
According to Rightmove 'the property is situated on the corner of Bridge Street and Friars Gate, in an established trading location within the town centre, with the New Time Square retail, leisure and office complex located nearby.'
