BRIGHT teen, Tyler Hall, thought outside the box when he was given the challenge of turning £10 into a business for the Young Enterprises 10X Challenge.
The Beamont Collegiate Academy student managed to turn a tenner into 300 English notes by investing his money in purchasing hampers and selling raffle tickets.
Tyler, from Orford, managed to make a whopping profit which he generously decided to donate to ‘cash for kids’ charity.
The charity provides grants to organisations in a bid to help disadvantaged children and young people who are affected by poverty, illness, neglect or have additional needs.
A spokesperson for the Academy said: “Tylers donation will mean that over 20 kids will wake up at Christmas to brand new presents which they have never received before.
“Tyler has made himself, his parents and BCA proud.”
Tyler commented on his gracious donation, saying: “I don’t mind, I just wanted all children to have presents at Christmas”.
