AROUND 50 Christmas trees will be on show at a three-day festival in Lymm next month.
St Mary's popular community tree festival takes place from Friday, December 2 to Sunday, December 4.
Admission is free and there will be refreshments (tea coffee and cake) and a range of craft items and homemade produce on sale every day.
The mouse hunt is also back with a prize for children who find where the sugar mice are hidden in the Christmas tree displays.
The church will be open from 10am until 4.30 pm on Friday, December 2 with children from local primary schools and Lymm High performing.
On Saturday the festival is open from 10am until 5pm with Alley Cats Choir performing at 10am, Lymm Golf Club Ladies Ukulele band at noon, Rock Choir Knutsford at 2.30pm and St Mary’s Children’s Choir at 3.30pm.
Sunday sees a family Advent Service at 10am and the Christmas Tree Festival opening at 11am to 4pm with more entertainment from Lymm and District Chorus.
Rev Bev Jameson, Rector of St Mary’s said “We are all looking forward to seeing you all at St Mary’s for the Christmas Tree Festival this year, which will be a joyous and wonderful way to get into the Christmas Spirit.
"The entertainment is fantastic and as I am a member of Rock Choir so it is a delight that I will be singing with them on Saturday.”
