THE former Natwest branch in Stockton Heath is up for sale for £525,000.
Barker Proudlove has advertised the site on London Road which is laid over a basement, ground floor, and first floor, as for sale.
They claim the space offers a ‘fantastic redevelopment’ opportunity with conversion to a wide range of uses being possible.
Natwest closed earlier this year in September due to the ‘dramatic change’ in the way that people bank.
It joined Lloyds, Barclays and HSBC who have all moved out of the village in recent years - meaning Stockton Heath residents have no bank to use.
The nearest branch for residents is now on Sankey Street, followed by the one on Widnes Road in Widnes.
