A TALENTED Warrington resident has shared an amazing portrait he once took of Peter McLean.
Peter McLean, a well-known town centre character, sadly died last week.
And Orford resident Ian Rowe thought it would be a nice way to honour Peter’s memory by sharing a photograph which was taken a few years ago.
Ian decided to take Peter’s portrait after knowing him for a while.
He said there ‘was something in his eyes’.
“He had a certain kind of look in his eyes,” Ian said.
“I thought his face had character.”
Ian would often chat to Peter in the town centre about ‘daily things’.
He added: “I’ll miss him and so will a lot of other people.”
