A PLUSH buffet restaurant in Warrington town centre which closed a year ago remains on the market.

Hani'z, in Bridge Street, opened in June 2021 and was put on the market last November for £265,000.

However it is now being offered for just £49,995.

The buffet restaurant offered diners cuisines from around the world.

It was forced to close due to flood damage earlier in 2021.

The agent listing says a considerable amount of money was invested in the business and it is 'arguably one of the nicest buffet restaurants to come to the market for some years'.

The listing says it can accommodate 200 diners with a turnover of £20,000 per week under an experienced new owner.
