CONTROVERSIAL comedian Frankie Boyle is returning to Warrington as part of his ‘Lap of Shame’ tour.
His self-described “doom-laden show” will be playing at Parr Hall on May 8, focusing particularly about politics.
The tour follows on from Frankie’s book ‘The Future of British Politics’ and his show on the BBC ‘Frankie Boyle’s New World Order’.
The show will focus on very similar themes to this, with a large amount of political chat and acerbic satire.
The Scottish comic is a controversial figure, with numerous controversies over what are deemed to be “offensive” jokes, including a furore surrounding a rape joke aimed at TV presenter Holly Willoughby.
Despite these controversies however, the former Mock the Week regular is still considered one of the most popular British comedians.
Tickets can be found online at 10am on Friday
