BURTONWOOD and Winwick Police have seized a van after reports of suspected drug dealing by its occupants.
The report related to a small blue van, parked up by Burtonwood Library.
An officer from Burtonwood and Winwick Police posted on social media: “The vehicle was seen parked on the library smelling strongly of drugs, and for some reason the occupants ran off when I arrived.
“The van has now been seized.
“Thank you to the member of the community that reported this.
“Please remember that if you see anything suspicious, please report via 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.”
