Smiles and giggles are abundant at a nursery in Orford, according to Ofsted.

Kids Planet Beamont received a ‘good’ rating from inspectors following a one-day inspection.

It also received a good rating in all four categories - the quality of education, behaviour and attitudes, personal development and leadership management.

In their glowing report, inspectors described the nursery as a place where children greet visitors with respect and excitement.

They also said how there is unity within the whole early years setting and also praised the children's manners.

“Children are happy and feel safe in this calm environment,” the report reads.

They also praised the youngster’s relationship with staff members.

Inspectors said: “Children of all ages have close bonds with the adults who care for them.”

Ofsted representatives also praised the SEND services offered by staff at the O'Leary Street nursery.

They said how staff use ‘effective’ strategies to support children with SEND in their learning and link parents with professionals to ensure that children get the support they need.

The report also noted how parents are complimentary about the nursery, specifically about the quality of care and education provided.
