TEMPORARY lights in Stockton Heath have been causing traffic chaos throughout the village.
The multi-way signals have been in place on London Road since Monday, October 24.
This is to allow for roadworks by Warrington Borough Council to take place on Walton Road.
But the temporary lights have caused delays in the village, especially at peak hours.
At around 6pm last night, Tuesday, it is believed travel time through the village was around 30 minutes.
The lights are expected to be removed by 3.30pm this afternoon, Wednesday.
