A RESIDENT was treated for smoke inhalation after a chip pan fire.
Firefighters were called to a kitchen fire in Grasmere Avenue, Birchwood, yesterday evening, Friday.
Crews from Warrington and Birchwood attended shortly after 6pm.

A spokesman for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “The fire was out on arrival and one casualty was treated for smoke inhalation."
