Staff at Ashtons Estate Agency in Culcheth welcomed the Channel 4 star on Friday, October 21, to record scenes for the show Love It Or List It.
In this popular series, Phil teams up with Kirstie Allsopp as they go head to head with people keen to move on.
The pair battle it out to convince homeowners to either sell their home or refurbish it.
