A MUM has shared how her little girl has become inseparable with her toy ‘poo’ – and even takes it to bed with her.

Little Caitlyn Wilson, aged three, was gifted a toy poo three weeks ago by her parents as a reward for using the potty all week.

But they had no idea how attached she would become to it.

Warrington Guardian:

Caitlyn now will not go anywhere without her trusty poo toy, refusing to leave the house without it and even cuddling it when she goes to sleep.

Her mum, Carley Wilson, has been left amused by her daughter's unusual choice for a favourite toy, with her previous cuddly companions being completely abandoned.

The 40-year-old stay at home mum, from Great Sankey, with her husband, Stuart, 47, an equine behaviourist, and Caitlyn, said: “She has got a thing for poo at the moment.

Warrington Guardian:

“She was a bit shocked at first as she thought it was a real poo, but then she found it hilarious. She stretched it, squashed it, she even hugged it.

“She calls it ‘poo poo’. She does not take it to bed every night now, but she still plays with it every day.

“She has squeeze balls that she likes to squash, but this poo has replaced them.

Warrington Guardian:

“She has an Iggle Piggle teddy that she has had since she was six months old who goes everywhere with her, but the first few days after we gave her this, she took the poo instead.

“It has died down a bit now, but she still prefers him over the other animals she has.

“Caitlyn is an amusing little child. If we can spread a little of her joy at the most simple and cheap toys, then why not.”
