BUTTERMARKET Street will close for two days as part of the ongoing demolition of New Town House.
The road will close from November 6 as the former council offices are pulled down.
The alternative route will be via Mersey Street, Bank Street and Academy Way and via Academy Street and Mersey Street.
This follows the closure of two roads in the week before, as previously reported in the Guardian.
Closures will take place over Sunday, October 30 and Monday, October 31.
Driving will be banned on Cockhedge Way from its junction with Scotland Road to its junction with Orford Street and Orford Street from its junction with Cockhedge Way to its junction with Buttermarket Street.
Access will be under the control of the relevant contractor for the duration of the works.
The alternative route will be via Academy Street, Mersey Street, Fennel Street and Brick Street.
