A VAN driver was arrested following a reported police chase on the motorway network last night, Sunday.
Officers from Cheshire Police’s Roads and Crime Unit stopped and seized a cloned van at Lymm services on the M6.
It is reported that a second van travelling in a convoy formation then made off from police after the driver spotted the first van being stopped.
Officers say this resulted in a lengthy pursuit, ending with the driver of the second van being arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and failing to stop.
