A WAGON has crashed into a wall on a car park after the driver suffered a 'medical episode' near Warrington Hospital.
Cheshire Police confirmed that an incident took place on a car park on Dallam Lane, at around 2pm this afternoon.
A Cheshire Police spokesperson released the following statement: "At 1:50pm on Friday, October 14, police attended to reports of a wagon that is believed to have collided with a wall at a car park on Dallam Lane in Warrington.
"Enquiries in relation to the circumstances are ongoing."
A spokesman for Northwest Ambulance Service confirmed the driver was taken to hospital.
They added: "We were called at 1.34pm to a road traffic collision involving a lorry that crashed into a building and some vehicles.
"The driver had suffered a medical incident. We took the patient to the hospital."
