A LATCHFORD woman has been ordered to pay more than £120 after putting her feet on the seats of a train.
Cerys Woodruff, of Cumberland Street, Latchford, appeared before Liverpool Knowsley and St Helens Magistrates’ Court after pleading guilty to molest/wilfully interfering with comfort or convenience of person on the Merseyrail railway.
The offence took place on October 21 last year when the 23-year-old was on a journey between Liverpool Central and Ormskirk.
Court documents state that Woodruff put her feet on the train seats during the journey.
Magistrates handed Woodruff a £40 fine and ordered her to pay a £34 surcharge and court costs of £50.
