THE newest venue at Time Square in Warrington town centre opens on Friday - and we have been along for a look inside.
Parlour Bar and Eatery is opening its doors offering a bar and dining destination for pizzas, small plates, craft beer and cocktails.
With 100 covers inside, there are already plans for outdoor seating to come in spring 2023.
What can you expect?
The independent bar and eatery’s menu will include a ‘fabulous’ selection of freshly-baked New York City-style pizzas.
These will be available as 12-inch, by the slice at lunchtime and as huge 22-inch feasting pizzas to share.
Lunchtime prices start at £2.50 for a slice while the 12inch pizzas start from £7.50
As well as favourites including margarita and pepperoni, Parlour’s pizza options will also encompass some exciting new combinations.
And a menu of small plates – including tater tots, sticky sausages and mac n’ cheese – will complement the handcrafted pizzas.
The drinks menu will include craft beers and speciality cocktails – and the eatery will be working with Warrington market to source different ingredients.
What do they say

“We’ve been working hard to ensure that we’ve got the food and drink right - it’s a real labour of love and we can’t wait for guests to come and enjoy it.”
