A WRISTBAND issued to permit entry to view Her late Majesty the Queen lying-in-state has been listed for sale for £5,000.
The wristband is being sold just 15 miles outside of the centre of Warrington, from Sapling Road in Manchester.
Her Majesty the Queen lay in state from Wednesday, September 14 until Monday, September 19, before her funeral that day.
Members of the public who wished to join the queue to pay their respects to the late monarch were faced with a wait of up to 24 hours - upon entering the queue, wristbands were issued.
One such member of the public who was issued with a wristband is now offering the chance for others to purchase a piece of history.
This, of course, comes with a hefty price tag.
The asking price for the wristband? £5,000.
Listing the item on eBay, the seller explains that they queued to see Her late Majesty on Sunday, September 18 - the day that the queue finally closed before the Queen's funeral on Monday.
Thousands are still queuing as the final full day of Lying in State continues. DCMS are now advising people not to travel to join the queue to avoid disappointment. Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II will lie in state until 6.30am on September 19th 2022. pic.twitter.com/AjejopMtNK

Although the asking price is £5,000, the seller is also open to offers under the asking price.
Despite the high asking price, the seller has not listed the wristband with free postage - meaning the wristband would actually cost you £5,003.35.
