A PILOT support scheme is being launched in Warrington to provide guidance and advice to women going through menopause.
The six-week programme is being coordinated by LiveWire, and will begin on Wednesday, October 5, at Orford Neighbourhood Hub.
LiveWire says the scheme will support women throughout different stages of menopause.

Across the six weeks, participants will take a 'whole-body approach' including nutrition advice and exercise.
The scheme will also include the involvement of guest speakers, too.
As the first scheme of its kind that LiveWire has put on, the programme is set to provide a safe space for women to discuss the challenges of menopause, and 'give useful guidance in making better-informed choices.'
LiveWire says: "The exercise sessions include a full workout for heart and bone health and a combination of core and muscle tone exercises."
The group is titled 'Mind Movement Menopause' and it launches from Orford Neighbourhood Hub on Wednesday, October 5.
