TWO Cubs have been awarded one of the most prestigous prizes available.
Christopher Hughes and Richard Clague, of the 6th Warrington 1st Thelwall pack, were awarded the Chief Scouts' Silver Award by Lesley Regan the district commissioner for Warrington East.
It is the highest achievement that can be awarded to a Cub and is only given out when they have completed all of the challenge badges in the programme. It is the only Cubs badge that can be worn on their Scouts uniform.
Scout meetings are held on Fridays from 7.45pm where they undertake activities both in the hall and outside with night hikes.
