SHOPPERS enjoyed an array of entertainment when a mobile phone company stopped in Warrington on its national tour.
Parking its double decker bus in the Riverside Retail Park, O2 Broadband Bus Tour's performers, which included stilt walkers, unicyclists, roller bladers and a giant bubble blower wowed passers-by.
The theatrical displays were part of 02's new campaign to promote its broadband availability in the Warrington area and offer the public the opportunity to try the wireless connection.
The double decker bus will visit more than 100 towns and cities across the UK before this Friday, with the talented performers entertaining up to seven locations each day. On its penultimate day the tour will stop at The O2 in London to tie in with the NME Awards 2008.
Charlotte Mitchell, retail manager, O2 UK, said: "There is a lot of frustration surrounding broadband and we were keen to promote O2 Broadband in a fun, exciting way, ensuring that people are well aware of our great service which is now available across the UK."
